Information We Collect Directly From You. We may collect information directly from you. For example, certain areas and features of our Services require registration. To register you must provide your name, phone or email, and birthday. We will also collect and other information that you provide to us, including height, weight, city, state, high school graduation year, or gender.
Information We Collect Automatically. We may automatically collect information about your use of our Services. Cookies and Other Tracking Mechanisms

Clear GIFs, pixel tags, and other technologies. Clear GIFs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on your computer’s hard drive, clear GIFs are embedded invisibly on web pages. We may use clear GIFs (also referred to as web beacons, web bugs or pixel tags), in connection with our Services to, among other things, track the activities users of our Services, help us manage content, and compile statistics about usage of our Services. We and our third party service providers also use clear GIFs in HTML emails to our customers, to help us track email response rates, identify when our emails are viewed, and track whether our emails are forwarded.

Security

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity.
Your Choices
Accessing, Modifying, or Deleting Your Personal Information. You may access, modify, or delete personal information that you have submitted by logging into your account and updating your profile information. Please note that copies of information that you have updated, modified or deleted may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Services for a period of time. In addition, please note that we may retain certain information about you as required by law or as permitted by law for legitimate business purposes. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, then under Cal. Civ.Code § 1798.83 you may request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge ,information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. Children
Our Services are not designed for children under 13and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our systems.
